One on One training
Specifically aimed at the individual who has the need to individual attention and
wish to optimize each minute of the session with the personal trainer.
Couple Training
Aimed at those who wish to have someone to join in the fun like husband and wife,
or 2 friends who like to challenge each other.
Small Group (up to 4)
Aimed at the family or group of friends who like to do a joined venture towards
general fitness, better lifestyle and exercise.
Outdoor Fitness Squad
Aimed at those who enjoy the outdoors, and wish to do structured exercise with others.
Experience the camaraderie and fun of a group setting.
Online Coaching
Aimed at those who need online coaching and support when going on holiday or a business
trip, and those residing outside Cape Town. It is also a cost effective option
for those who need a customised program and wish to train on their own.
